Okay. So I'm reading the official MX transcripts for reference, and I just found a bit from Whiter Shade of Pale that tickles my fancy:

Am strangely hypnotized by the soundtrack of the three minute MX ad on their site (possibly an intentional effect of the repetitive beat). Does anyone know where to get the music without the dialogue overlay on it?
Another thing. This euphemistic exchange (read from the bottom up) is cracking me up insanely.

jcalanthe, see anything familiar? Eckhart's response to the nonsense also strikes me as hilarious... perhaps it's just the late hour.
Various pieces of research at the GenomeX and Breedlove Foundation sites have sorted out an apparent age discrepancy. Adam wasn't at GenomeX back when the first mutants were being born (nor was Mason, I'm fairly certain, despite a nine year range on his age) despite being a (very talented) teen when recruited, according to one story, anyway. They're not ruling out that he might be a pre-New mutant of some sort or a clone of Breedlove, which brings us to Breedlove, the old guy who *was* the one doing the early research and helping the first mutants into the world. As a result of this knowledge, I'll have to be changing some of the earlier work on this story that I wasn't going to be writing in the first place... damn you, Random...

Eckhart berates him for letting the stealth mutant slip through his fingers, especially when he learns it is his beloved Danielle.Oh, sure. He was jealous 'cause he liked the *chick.* I believe that a lot. *scoff*
