Fic: Yuletide reveal
Here are the four stories I wrote for
yuletide, in the order I wrote them:
Seven Stories, Witches of Karres by James Schmitz. Once upon a time, there was a parking attendant at the Havenport shipyards at Nikkeldepain who lost his job because the governor's yacht went mysteriously missing on his watch, but that is another story for another time. Written for
niqaeli, whose request I finangled getting because I am a HUGE dork. Have spent the past several weeks biting my tongue. Hee.
Brother's Keeper, Dexter (tv). "He's not even your real kid, I am," Deb said. "And if you think this lame trip to the mall makes up for everything--"
Deep With the First Dead Lies London's Daughter, Torchwood. The first name Jack Harkness ever called Ianto by was morbid fucker.
Please Discuss Only Approved Topics With Your AI, Eureka. "Oh, God, I get it," said Zoe. "Everything she knows about being gay she learned from the internet. This explains so much."
I became more and more desperate for titles as the franticness increased. My
3_ships title is a complete joke. Just sayin'.
Happy Yuletide, all!

re: Brother's Keeper, the story I wrote probably could have been set in either the books or the show, but yes, you should watch the show, it's awesome.
re: Dreallylongacronym, Jack will not hush. Runs around in my head constantly.
re: Preallylongacronym, heeeeeee. You should totally suggest to

And I knew making that comment was a bad idea (for all I knew, you had IP address tracking on, even) but I. Well. Biting my tongue for WEEKS. You! With the "here, read my adored fandoms I happened to request for yuletide" and the "eee I have the awesomest story I can't show you yet because I didn't make you read that book yet"! So CUTE. Biting my TONGUE.
*hugs you*
I was getting that thing beta'd in one IM window while chatting with you in another. Biting my tongue, yes, but also SKATING the EDGE of getting caught for weeks.
I am a TOTAL dork. And I love you too.

And OMG, you are a DORK and you were completely skating the edge. IM mixups happen so often!

At least I kept you wondering?
no subject
And yes, I wondered for an entire week so you didn't completely lose at yuletide secrecy. :)
And now I am going to go get some brunch. Hungry!
