so hey

i had a root canal yesterday

i am misery

if you made plans with me for NYC, I will still meet you! But for limited amounts of time before i go back to curl up on [personal profile] grey_bard's couch. Walking around exploring will not be so much a thing.

also right now i am favoring soft foods. and. really hoping my vicodin 'scrip will last the whole trip.

I'm good almost anywhere. Bryant Park is very pretty and there are some famous landmarks in the area. Washington Square is near some funky stuff--though not as much as it used to be--two famed bookstores, and lots of places to eat, though it gets somewhat expensive-ish the closer you are to NYU.

I hope you're in less pain soon!

Washington square area might be better for eats, it seems to me -- we could find a place with outdoor tables, even.

I don't know about outdoor tables for sure, but there are lots of places to sit and people-watch.

Dang. I've had times when Novocaine made my lips feel huge and food drool out of mouth, but I've never had dental work stop me from opening my mouth.
