if you made plans with me for NYC, I will still meet you! But for limited amounts of time before i go back to curl up on grey_bard's couch. Walking around exploring will not be so much a thing.

also right now i am favoring soft foods. and. really hoping my vicodin 'scrip will last the whole trip.

not really? it's a shoebox? i mean it's a lovely shoebox and i am super grateful to her but i think it would get pretty cramped

i am kind of trying to limit my transit time investment. her place is near stations for M and L lines so if you wanna look for places near stops for those it'd be a boon

if you're liking the park plan, washington square park and bryant park are pretty well right on the M.

I'm good almost anywhere. Bryant Park is very pretty and there are some famous landmarks in the area. Washington Square is near some funky stuff--though not as much as it used to be--two famed bookstores, and lots of places to eat, though it gets somewhat expensive-ish the closer you are to NYU.

I hope you're in less pain soon!

Washington square area might be better for eats, it seems to me -- we could find a place with outdoor tables, even.

I don't know about outdoor tables for sure, but there are lots of places to sit and people-watch.

I have graduated from eating mush! I still can't totally open my mouth tho, which is weirder to me than the part where it hurts to close.

Dang. I've had times when Novocaine made my lips feel huge and food drool out of mouth, but I've never had dental work stop me from opening my mouth.

Yeah, grey_bard will be posting the fanfilms i'm sure. I don't know when --we're basically doing drop-ins with me now bc I'm available, and she'll be working on shooting the rest of various stories with other characters later.
