I think it would be kinda fun to do a Neal-POV on You Ruined Everything, for at least parts of it. It's the kind of remix that would have to really sit with/beside the original, rather than the kind that works as its own story.

I'm not sure at the moment, as we were watching Bottle Shock and also drinking plenty of California Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon--oh, man, Beringer Cab, how do I love thee, let me count the ways--but some of the more heart-thumpingly "NEAL WHAT NO REALLY WHAT" bits, like the (are there several?) dinner scene(s? I am sure there are at least two) where El has to physically intervene and be like BOYS TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS--about how Neal deals with food and domesticity and TALKING ABOUT HIS FEELINGS, and how that doesn't work, that I think would be fun to write.

Okay, I wouldn't remix the handprint-is-engagement-ring thing, I don't have a handle on Castiel and I don't grok Dean/Castiel (I read it, but with more suspension of disbelief than usual) and I can't write crack for the life of me. The hunter-bonding thing is a fascinating premise but I don't think I could do it justice. (Besides, if I wrote it it'd end up Sam/Dean, not Dean/Castiel and Dean/others, which goes against the rules of the game.) Not the strawberry jello thing. Not not not. So I guess if I were to remix anything of yours it'd be the hunter bonding thing.

I'm gonna guess the remix you wrote is Out and About (The Queer and There Extended Mix).

It might not be in the spirit of the official Remix challenge, but it would be fine by me if you went to the Wincest place re hunter bonding. (I didn't because I was writing for someone who has a hard line there, not because I have a personal objection.) So I am curious how you'd play that one out.
