Why didn't anyone TELL me John had to hear about other John's death from Crais? Not from Aeryn--from Crais.

This just blossomed into a slashbunny so I'm going to stop talking now and go write, or something.

Hee! Of all the things I expected behind the cut tag, this wasn't one of them! I've seen some great Crais/John stories. They are a pairing that works well.

Agh! If I had my druthers, no one would ever sleep with Crais. Or want to do so with Scorpius, Braca, D'Argo or Rygel. Or Stark.

I like Crais. And Stark. And D'Argo took awhile, but he's been growing on me. And okay, so I don't like Scorpius, but he's got a certain something to him.

Shallow to a fault - it's John that I adore. The other guys on the show do not excite me. As for the girls - Zhaan, Chiana and Sikozu I could easily see in fic having their wicked ways with someone.

Because we wanted you to be surprised. Just think if anyone did tell you then the plot bunnies probably wouldn't have come out, because the shock wouldn't have been there. This way it was a surprise and it jarred the bunnies free.

Sadly, the main plotline(s) did not so much for me because I wasn't surprised. Like, no suspense waiting around going, "It's Rygel's honey bunny, you idiots!" Also, had seen huge chunks of the John-Aeryn and John-John stuff in vids. Although the vids tend to cut out the fact that Aeryn's not the first person to come out--I adored that, John just boucing on his heels, hardly paying attention with Rygel, exchanging a single word with Crais... of course he talked more with Crais later, and I didn't know that, and from such, as you say, are bunnies made.
