My sense of "why aren't you doing something"

Today I woke up before 7:30am with the alarm set for 11:15am (which it is still half an hour away from!) and I am all dressed and ready to go out and do things and I will be early for picking up my coworker, by a lot, if I leave now. Thus the 11:15am alarm. ARGH.

ETA: Killed half an hour listening to a class lecture. Alarm still not gone off, could leave the house though.
