NO. WHAT. NO.

DID HE JUST COUNT THE RIBS ON THE HUMAN SKELETON AND ANNOUNCE "NO, IT'S A MAN"?

*SCREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM*

I was told it was terrible but I thought that mostly meant the CGI!

Um um let's benefit of the doubt that he was looking at some other sign than ribcount? Or that it was a bit of idiot actor business. (Script: He checks the bones for signs that it is a woman. Actor: I will count ribs!) It's usually terrible but not that terrible.

No, no when I said cheesy and terrible, it was mostly not the CGI. It is like... 60's Batman, especially the first season - it only makes sense if the entire world is apparently 50 IQ points dumber, making our heroes brilliant by those standards. Except Helen, she is magically non-idiotic.

Yes, yes it did. I suspect Helen would have been totally okay with them as her also sleeping with each other man-harem.

But no, seriously, Nick was fairly ready to move on from her, but to find out STEPHEN was possibly sleeping with her... It was not Helen he was upset about, that is pretty clear.
