Fannish tradition
What do you consider to be seminal Star Trek: TOS vids? I discovered OTW had archived Kandy Fong's Both Sides Now, one of the earliest vid/precursor slideshows in existence. Now I'm curious. What other classic Trek vids does the hive mind recall? Bonus points for availability online, but I'd settle for a way to contact the vidder.
For that matter, tell me about seminal Trek filk too. Practically the only one I know is Leslie Fish's Banned from Argo.

Because you just *know* Kirk would give appropriate footage like wow.

I've also always associated Leslie Fish's setting of Kipling's "The Thousandth Man" with Kirk/Spock, though that may be my own teen fanon at work.

Many of the folks in the Filk Hall of Fame http://www.filkontario.ca/HallofFame.htm did a Start Trek song or two.
I'm pretty sure we have some Leslie cds. There are more songs here http://www.sccs.swarthmore.edu/org/swil/FILKS/filkbook1.html
And I have to go to work now. More filk stuff later.

And if you want a straight cover of the whole thing including your added verse just so that you have a nice clean unified audio of the whole thing for spreading / listening / archiving / boasting... I can do that too.
Also, I have some digitized Leslie Fish from a filk archiver, although I don't think it has any Trek on it beyond Banned From Argo... We still should talk, then!
