I was beginning to despair of the word "sorry" being in the Klingon lexicon.

I'm more surprised that the word 'sorry' is in the Klingon lexicon. Surely they would, rather, have some term along the lines of 'my family owes your family a debt of honour which I will discharge or die!'

I am sure it has some "I will fall on my sword now to prevent dishonor from tainting my line!" connotation, but it exists! Universal translator says so!

(Forgive is not in the Klingon lexicon as far as I can tell. But you know, it's hardly necessary to forgive people after they commit ritual suicide for their sins.)

No, specifically the Trek edition UT, because you know, in Trek it's called the universal translator.
