One thing I'm pretty sure I screwed up portraying is that for Crais, this goes on at an entirely subconscious level, so he thinks all these voices are his own id. It's only Stark who can see the ghosts.

I feel like there ought to be but I'm unsure of a direction. Especially since Stark kinds of falls off the map a bit after The Choice.
