I always take Quentin as mostly so mopey and navel-gazing that he didn't really have a sexuality crisis because he was so busy having other crises first. Plus he seems like someone who falls in love hard with someone and then his sex drive kicks in, and he just didn't love that many people until then for gender to be such a big issue - Jules and Alice and then Eliot.
