I actually like the over-the-shoulder layout of the vidding room slightly better, personally, but it's not a strong preference. They're all pretty workable, including the intermediate one (which I like equally as well as your favourite, actually).

I would suggest that digging out the boxtopia would be a very good idea if you do have a third person moving in.
