MCR - When I was in sixth grade Kurt Cobain died and I was obsessed with his band Nirvana. I heard (ages ago, can't find a source) that sometimes when people asked that stupid "how are you?" question that nobody ever really wants the answer to, he would respond "I hate myself and want to die". Regardless of whether he felt that way, or I felt that way, I found the gesture, the sentiment, ballsy.
