*headdesk* I do not know how I got a story that massive wrapped around what was originally two simple points: what if Ruby was actually trying to stop the apocalypse, and (I thought this was a natural personality based outcropping of the first, and not a plot point, little did I know) what if Ruby fixes coma girl's damage? And then it... yeah. Blossomed. I dunno, in some ways I kitchen-sinked it, put in odds and bobs of "how I wish s4 went" and wound them into the plot, but in some ways, it's just all... what if Ruby was actually trying to stop the apocalypse, in her manipulative, cunningly evil way?

Any thoughts or requests on specific bits? (I'm taking requests. See also: Kitchen-sinking. I promise not to take any requests that would actually sink the story. *G*)

Re: icon query, yeah, sigh, devil's trap kept coming up re Sam exorcising captive demons under her tutelage, but I have no idea if she helped draw those at all (could she?) because they never showed that prep, it was just direct to the hand of ipecac in those scenes.
