Not to Be (series finale) was supposed to end with the champagne toast among Duncan, Amanda, Joe, and Methos but the montage was added after it.

Finale, Part 2 has the same four toasting with champagne; then Joe and Methos leave, Duncan and Amanda kiss, and there's a brief shot of the backup Watcher CD in Shakespeare & Co.
