Sleep? What's that? (LJ clean up)

So I'm keeping an eye on the leak progress and so since I was staying up all night anyway, I scrolled back through an entire week of livejournal flist (which I have been ignoring in favor of vid, and, subsequently, exhaustion) to figure out who all had moved over to dreamwidth. I opted not to defriend anyone on LJ, just to move regular cross-posters off my default LJ reading list, because I have always used my LJ friends list as a bookmark collection and because I figured I could spare you all the emo wibble of "[livejournal.com profile] jmtorres defriended me?" Except for [livejournal.com profile] niqaeli. I thought about defriending her. And not just for vindictiveness; she actually plans to delete all her LJ content after backing it up on DW.

But so anyway! Two separate questions:

1. if you have a dreamwidth account, I want to know about it and subscribe to it/grant it access! (a real live dw account, not an openID; thanks to friends import, have already granted access to all of those).

2. if you are going to be crossposting between dw and lj OR if you are going to post to dw exclusively and let lj go, please let me know, so I can sort my flist some more.

My own personal plan is that by and large most things are getting crossposted unless I feel like it's really super trivial and then I won't bother, and it will only be on dw. Pretty soon I will go back to locking posts to my access list, as is my habit, but that shouldn't affect lj users, see above re openID and friends import. But it is an excellent reason for me to know all your dw accounts if you're switching over or maintaining dual citizenship. Comments will be on dw for all my entries; if you're reading on LJ and want to comment, you go to openID login and tell it you're [yourljnamehere].livejournal.com, it checks with LJ, and you're golden to comment on my DW entry.

And, um, gonna take a nap now. Yeah.

Right now I'm mostly crossposting, although some stuff that's only relevent to specific servers gets posted there exclusively. Like if I have a DW design post, it's only on DW.

You can leave my LJ out of your LJ reading filter as I'm crossposting with comments enabled on DW only.

I have a DW account, but I intend to post and read my f-list primarily on LJ. So keep me on the LJ f-list, please. :)

I stopped posting on LJ a while back and only use it for reading my flist, so defriending is a-okay ♥

I'm currently crossposting between DW and LJ, and I hope to keep doing that. But so far most of my flist is still on LJ, and I may at some point just *forget* (like my GJ and IJ accounts...)

So far I've been crossposting some, but not all - and what isn't crossposted is on LJ.

I've been crossposting pretty much everything, leaving the comments on both services.

I'll be cross posting but private stuff will remain at my LJ.

1) n/a!
2) Twitterfeed is going to LJ and will probably stay at LJ only, unless there's a real en masse movement to DW. Actual posts will probably be crossposted unless they directly relate to Dreamwidth or LJ technical stuff.

Okay,
A) Here is my DW, please grant it access so I see locked posts and stuff, and
B) Please, if you don't mind, stay friended to my lj, and if you need to do *instead* of putting me on your DW read list, then do so, because at the moment I haven't switched over to using DW as my friends list of choice.

For the record I will be mostly crossposting to LJ from DW, but my home will definitely be (is definitely now) Dreamwidth. Not that this matters, considering we're not friended on LJ afaik. *g*

Mostly, I am still rolling around in glee over changing, and this seemed a good opportunity to do that some more.

I'm probably going to be using DW for more fannish stuff and LJ for more real-person stuff, so I don't mind if you only watch one or the other, but I'm definitely intending to have segregation of content.

I plan to crosspost fannish stuff-only to DW. LJ will still be my main journal.

Though I've been rather quiet lately, I plan to be crossposting to DW and LJ.

DW's going to be my main journal, but everything will be cross-posted (aside from specifically DW-related posts).
